It hasn't been an issue thus far, but even if it were I'd say slightly smelly trousers are a small price to pay for sweet ball swinging freedom 🇺🇲🦅🎉⚾⚾🎉🦅🇺🇲

I agree underpants are grossly overrated
If it's an issue of heat, I recommend shaving down there. Extreme airflow for stuff like downhill mountainbiking, significantly cleaner ass and balls, and easier to check for ticks if you live in tick country.
I tried it once and never want to go back.
I appreciate the advice, but I've tried that before and.... Let's just say it did not go well
