eating cookies instead of having a loving trusting mutually attractive partner to cuddle with.

Go out and socialize. I was lucky to have met someone at a party that ended up as my life partner. But it wasn't without me getting out of my comfort zone. I'd never asked anyone out on a date before. My two relationships before then happened because the other party asked me out. First one broke up with me after 5 months, probably thought I was boring. Second one divorced me after 12 years. (Married young, she turned out to be very weird as we grew older, and I didn't have the balls to end it for fear of being alone and hurting her.)

Literally one or two weeks after divorce was finalized I met this girl at a party at a mutual friend's place and I said to myself, there's literally no time to waste if you want to be happy. You gotta grab these opportunities. Gotta seize'em. Ask her out! Nothing to lose!

So I did. A day later on Facebook. 🫣 But she said yes and here we are with two kids.

Go out there! Get yours! ❤️
