Anything sold by Gwyneth Paltrow in her online shop, which I will not name here so as not to promote it. In the best case, goods sold there will be harmless and entirely useless. In the worst case, they will cause serious harm.

She did a bit on Colbert that was a joint venture between her business and his spoof of her business. Either she's extremely clueless and didn't realize his fake store is mocking her real store, or she knows it's snake oil and is continuing to sell it.
Probably the latter. Seems like a cynical marketing ploy, really
