MODERATORS
The motivation for this is baffling to me! Being anti-homeless apathetic and trans makes no sense. Pandering using the (widely kown) trans flag rather than the (universally known by even the most sheltered) gay pride flag makes no sense. Only guess is it was spraypainted by someone else
There is a higher quality image where you can see its photoshopped on
So its likely a false flag or a joke. Okay.
