Looks like Latin America and my time in Bolivia.
When the revolution comes people will be assigned a car by their need, no more SUV sized cars, no more trucks unless used for Work, everyone starts at a small compact, if they want a car, there will be public transport provided for those who don't need one.
Ah, like what they had in Yugoslavia, heheh
