I doubt they're saying "I'm right and you're wrong", it's probably more like "it would be super cool". I mean, ultrakill/doom crossover? that would be tight as hell.
Idk, their tone is more like "we don't know, could be!!" while the actual person who Knows is in the room with them at the moment
