Is it possible to add nsfw blur on the website? I'm seeing all nsfw thumbnails when I browse All (programming.dev)

For the moment, you can at least uncheck "Show NSFW content" at https://programming.dev/settings

I want the content though. I just don’t want it to show up on my feed unblurred for anybody to see.

It may be worth filing an issue with Lemmy UI, it's a very nice to have feature.
