Oslo's own gay choir is actually named after a bilingual pun on the f-slur, Oslo {fаgottkor|"bassoon-choir"} are so mainstream and uncontroversial that they've performed patriotic music with the Staff Band of the Norwegian Armed Forces.
I've also seen the slogan "These F####ts Kill Fascists" a few times, most famously there's that picture of those TQILA people...
Edit: So apparently even the three-letter version of the slur is removed by Hexbear's slur filter. That's maybe not ideal. Apologies to anyone using a screenreader for any convenience caused by replacing a letter with a Cyrillic lookalike.
