In a better world trump would be shot and the republican party banned for encouraging hates crimes and worst, but this is hell world and the dems will tell you with a straigh face how important is a strong republican party and the need of bipartisanship in politics

One thing Chomsky got right is the GOP is the greatest threat to human existence. In a just world, they would have been stripped of all power and outlawed decades ago.
The GOP is just the particular formation of capitalist-funded reaction that we've wound up with. If it was dissolved tomorrow and its leaders were put to death, the next day there would be a figurative Grand New Party to serve the same purpose because the politicians aren't the principal threat, it's the capitalists buying politicians.
