This is where you come to post big-brained hot takes by chuds, libs, or even fellow leftists, and tear them to itty-bitty pieces with precision dunkstrikes.

buried in the middle of the article it says the Tsarist regime banned it and the ban was lifted (still by the Tsars) in 1904. haven't checked elsewhere.
