This community was created with the purpose that Rule 8 fans will just block it.
The rules are literally The Dunk Tank's rules, just without rule 8.

Cool! I haven't played 6 yet, but I love 4 and it has Communism too. As well as Stalin and Mao. I was just making fun of this person for being totally oblivious to things that were in Civilization games for a long time, if not always.
