Would love to stop feeling anxious about an appointment for my medications that I need. I hate that cannabis is so frowned upon, that I still hold the feeling of doing something illegal, when I need it to sleep.

This has been such a shithouse week for me, no restful sleep, just nightmares and a impending sense of doom.

Fucking ugh. Leave me alone, Brain, why can't you be kind to meeee wah wah lol

Carpet moths have also returned, so slept on the couch after soaking them in vinegar and punching the ones that tried to escape. I hate carpet. Never install carpet.

I don't have the executive function to deal with this shit

I saw a few moths in my house too. Nooooo

I’ve still got the attractant traps in the pantry and the wardrobes, but am going to have to vacuum more often.

And put the crackers in the freezer as soon as I get them (to kill any eggs potentially brought home from the supermarket). I don’t see any other way they could be getting in

I don't think anyone would have the executive function to deal with that shit. Our minds absolutely suck at trying to protect us in this day and age. We end up feeling like shit instead.

@ Spud's mean inner voice and the carpet moths: there's the door πŸšͺ

I hope you feel better soon <3
