South korea's been evangelizing there lately in an attempt of wooing back enough ethnic Koreans to try and offset the declining age demographics.
Problem is that the Kazakh Koreans have been integrating into their new home so well that should they try to expatriate back to their grandparents fatherland they actually face some racism.
Also, imagine moving from glorious Kazakhstan (well it has its issues) to Hell Joseon
Still better than USA, if I'm honest, just a lot more lonely.
