I've always been a big supporter of Hummus. Easy to make, cheap, healthy, vegan-friendly and goes well with anything.

I assume there are all kinds of weird treaties around Vatican City being its own state, but he's apparently able to drop these bars with impunity and they have some serious moneys... There are ways they could get involved. Would be hilarious if a series of events leads to Mossad assassinating this guy.
