Like holy shit I wonder if this dude doesn't get killed in the next few years if he'll just viscerally cringe at some of his behaviour 30 years from now.
You know how quitting alcohol all at once after years of heavy drinking can actually kill you? That's how I imagine it is for gaining self-awareness. I think there comes a point of being so embarassing that growing out of it is actually dangerous, because at any moment you might remember and cringe so hard you shatter like porcelain.
