while im here, is the pinephone pro a good phone? im looking to replace my dying android phone, and im not really tied to android at all, is it usable?

There is currently no "the phone" to buy. They all come with different quirks and down-sides.

The PostmarketOS list of supported devices, or alternatively the Ubuntu Touch supported devices list, but UT is not "normal" Linux.
