It's slab culture. It's one of the few aesthetic car scenes I genuinely don't understand. Even sex spec was within the realm of comprehension. I think it's an offshoot of the lowrider scene.
Not for my honkey ass to understand or judge though. But I have my doubts about the ethnicity of the guy driving that thing. Call me racist but that looks like white boi shit.
Yeah, that's a pretty weak attempt though. Sure, it has new style swangas, but no truck lid message, soundsystem, no candy paint, presumably not tuned.
