I am going to buy myself a new video card for Christmas. When I look online I see that XFX is usually the best priced card. Are they a good company? Are their cards made well? How about their warrantee service?

Doesn't answer the question, but new cards are going to be announced in January. Typically, around when the announcement or the release occurs, prices for older cards drop, and more used cards show up on marketplaces.

You may want to wait until then to get a better deal.

what I really want is the 5090. The only reason I got this new card is because I currently have an Intel A770. Now it's a good card, alot better than the 6600XT I had, but the major problem is I enjoy playing racing games. And the A770's triple monitor support is horrible.

With the previous AMD card I had, It was just a one click button operation to get a triple monitor set up. With Intel you need to download another program and manually arrange the monitors to get a triple screen setup to work. And even then it outputs to a lower refresh rate. I have 3 60Hz monitors, but when I set them up in triple screen mode it defaults to 59.94Hz. it used to update to the full 60Hz, but some driver change quashed that and then certain games that I used to be able to play in triple monitor, now default to the center monitor no matter what I do.

So here's hoping I get better results with the new AMD card.

Oof, 5090? That's gonna hurt right in the wallet.

Eh, I'm 53 years old. I just wanted to build a killer system. But life kept me from getting a higher end card till now.
