Sideshow Rahim is especially memorable because according to the commentary made in the early 2000s he had made a top 50 simpsons characters list by some magazine. Angry, angry young man.

Mr Snrub. He was in a town hall meeting, he looks identical to Mr. Burns except with a moustache, and he's never seen ever again. He was also friends with Smithers?!?

Were the writers doing a non sequitur?
