Like a person who describes themselves as “brutally honest” but really only the first part.
The end of that sounds incomplete "but only the first part", there's something missing in your statement.
“My intelligent argument offends imbeciles” is a coping mechanism for narcissistic assholes.
No, because when a statement is hurful insulting, or offensive, that does not make the statement wrong, false, or incorrect. Truth can be complimentary, and truth can be very hurtful.
It doesn’t make it true either. And that is the point they’re making.
hmm... no. The point is that "your right to your opinion" if part of a larger mob is reason to exterminate truth through majority power.
