At the time I thought it was just a meaningless red state vote but now i feel like it was than worthless, it was actively harmful... anything that legitimizes demonrats as a party is just feeding into the same mechanisms that let them snuff out any hope for change over the last 40 years

and even then they would still punish people like me for being too far left and not buying into third-way-ism so fuck em. fuck em all and never let anyone tell you otherwise

good question, honestly after the biden administration i feel like their remaining goodwill is rapidly dwindling. Beyond being completely ineffectual to begin with theyre now an opposition party with zero power, so theyre worse than useless... people are really mad rn and theyre not doing anything, whether that's because they won't or can't doesn't really matter I think
