Aluminimum Oxide sure is and it can be make clear, I don't know why they added the T or x connotation This article appears to be more on a new method of creating that directly out of Al. That said, "electrowetting" is the name of my new rock band, or is it the name of your sex tape?

I got a heated blanket for my bed so I can now enjoy chronic electrowetting instead of regular bedwetting
