Putting a bumper sticker on someone's car in the US is vandalism/destruction of property so you might as well slash their tires while you're at it.
Considering the people you'd be doing this to, it's a decent way to get shot for your trouble too. And with no consequence for shooter either, since a human life is worth less than another humans personal property.
