The army of millions and millions of people screwing in little, little screws to make iPhones, that kind of thing is going to come to America, it’s going to be automated

What does he mean? Are people screwing in the screws? Or is it automated?

I think he means AI. Not that it will work, but, they think it will work.

He means that "millions of people" work on an iPhone in China while in the USA that work is done by machines ("automated")

(this is his assessment, it may not be rooted in reality)
