I think greencard means resident. If its the step right before citizenship then you have all rights outside of voting and jury duty.

yeah all the rights we all live under now. don't forget being accused of terrorism because you say something they don't like. complain about tesla its a terrorism, mention his low poling and you better thats a terrorism.
