Sligth pep talk - I had my last few teeth pulled (one infected, one broken and an old wisdom) without general. Not all at once. These were 3 separate occasions.
Local shots were more than enough. Jaw was sore for a few days after, but that's all.
You're sorting things out one a time. You'll get to where you need be eventually :)
My OH also had a broken tooth pulled recently under local and had the same experience. Had to eat modified food for a couple of weeks but is all good now
