Good mention of Vargas dictatorship. People don't discuss Vargas dictatorship as much as the 1964 dictatorship (part of operation condor), but both were very brutal against communists.

Yeah Vargas is a tricky subject because in one hand he fucked the communists over, but on the other he promoted incredible advances for the working class, so he is complicated
