I wouldn’t be surprised if that was the case, but I’ve also seen many strange things in my life and it would also not surprise me that this image was real.

...speaking as an architect, that corner-base-door-jamb-frame detail is highly suspect and at least as hallucinogenic as the turtleneck-clad cat...
