I understand it though. I used to be like that. Now I'm too old to waste my time on them.
So what’s the goal if you don’t want to bring more people to your side of things? Nothing will change.
As Hannah Ardent opined, she was there to observe and document, changing peoples mind wasn't her objective.

I don’t mean this to be antagonistic, just really curious as to the point.
When you talk to your friends about things you share in common, are you self righteously circle jerking?

That’s a very weak comparison dude.
One is passing time with friends the other is changing the direction the world is moving in.
