Another piccy from Nepal taken from slides that no one asked for:
I'm pretty sure that's namche baazar or maybe tengboche and everest top left.
First time seeing snow. Also remember buying a mars bar in namche for $5USD which hurt. Beers at the tea houses were like $0.50c at 4000m elevation lol. As a 13yr old it was great. I was blamed by the teachers on the trip for spearheading trips to tea houses. I was just following everyone else but they didn't believe me.
I'm asking for alllll of the photos, these are glorious!! Please keep sharing and the stories! Sounds like such a cool experience.
I was in Nepal in yr8. Bought some hash for mum. Can't remember the price.
lol. From memory the ganja was growing literally everywhere on that trek.
We were told if we picked any / bought any we'd be sent home :(
The stuff in the hills is more like wild hemp, wouldn't have done much if you'd smoked it anyway.
