Inside Out was great. The sequel was just "more but less original"

I couldn't buy Inside Out, I just couldn't get over that someone could get to be her age and not have any negative formative memories until she moves away.

No dead pets? Sick grandma? Nothing? Moving away is the thing that breaks her brain? Sorry, I just didn't buy it.

It didn't help that it was a teen angst version of an old TV show called Herman's Head which was actually pretty funny:
