I didn't get any pop up to disable my adblock. I don't know what you are using.

Running uBlock and Pihole. If your Adblock isn't configured to ignore adblocker warnings you'll probably see it. I find I get them more on my phone than my PC

Brave browser blocks ads on my phone, and i never got the adblocker warning.

Yeah, I'm avoiding Chromium based browsers as best I can. I'm running Firefox with uBlock Origin and Pihole on my network itself.
