Yesterday I was thinking "it would have been so cool for an oncologist to break the professional silence before the primaries, but that person's career would be over and they would be probably IRL killed or at least sued to death"; but they are now ruining their careers to absolutely no gain. Right?

If I say "I have been recently diagnosed with cancer", my oncologist saying "yeah this bitch have been a bag of metastasis for years" is still extremely unprofessional, (comedic hyperbole aside) Right?

So assuming I'm not wrong, the second question is why?

Because that's not what happened. Just a "Journalist" doing their thing with headlines.

The doctor basically just said that because Biden has late stage cancer, it has been growing in his body for years. No secret info, nothing HIPAA violating. Literally just basic, generic medical facts based on the officially released information.
