Have democrats actually filibustered anything since trump took office?
Booker wasn't filibustering any particular legislation or appointment.
They had a huge opportunity to block the funding bill but capitulated to Trump without demanding anything.
Americans suffering and "learning their lesson", not to vote republican next time, as vile a sentiment as it is, is the only reason I can suggest, other than personal financial gain, for democrats lack of action. Greed and spite and manipulation.
I'm very much on the "Dems can't really do anything" train, but I'm starting to feel like they really could do a little bit more...
No. They haven't fillibustered anything, only vote yes on what Trump wants.
It's like they're hedging their bets with fascism. God I hope they live to regret it.
