Tricking magats into doing good things is based as hell
One of them wants to go with me to drop it off and she's actually been kind of turning around over the last couple of years. She's the only one I've been pretty open with about politics. She went from being a trump voter to at least living in reality, but it took her family getting deported (she's also an immigrant, but 40+ years ago and very much indoctrinated by her dead, weird prepper husband)
She's a very generous person, so I'm hoping that will come out even more around the FNB folks and maybe just being around people doing direct action will help her understand that leftist ideologies are genuinely about helping people. The country she's from has a history of anti-communism and CIA coups and shit like that, so it's a challenge to get around all that
