Born at the right time and place I don't doubt that Rousseau might have been a femboy. Alas we can only speculate.
How many famous historical figures were actually trans? We'll never know. In a lot of cases they probably didn't even know.
Rousseau could go either way. At minimum I think he'd be an ally.
