Brigading/Trolling — If you're here because this community was linked in another thread, please refrain from maliciously voting, commenting, or manipulating the post in any way. Tankies can explain their views, but may be criticised or challenged for them. Any minor infraction of the rules may result in a warning and possibly a temporary ban.
You'll be warned if you're violating the instance and community rules. Continuing poor behaviour after being warned will result in a ban or removal of your comments. Bans typically last only 24 hours, but each subsequent infraction doubles the duration. Depending on the content, the ban time may be increased. You may request an unban at any time.

I disagreed about AI, sure. Disagreements happen, not a big deal. The real issue was the fact they were assholes to me about it and making insane claims.
No, not even remotely! What the fuck? That user was digging through people's history to find anything they can try to use to harass them with and resorting to straight up lies to do so. I mentioned that in the fucking post. They even posted a completely unrelated porn image in that community that explicitly forbids it. How in the fuck is any of that justification to start shit?

At this point it's a you vs them question, and interpretation of what happened.
Unless you get another external perspective on it (e.g. LW mods), it's probably going to stay like this.
