he was fired months ago. 100% he planned this and was saying the most extreme shit he could think of knowing he was gonna get donations out of it. he was probably giddy thinking about all the money he was about to rake in since he hasnt collected a paycheck in half a year
I mean, if the government can seize funds from other countries to fuel their own warmongering, we should be able to pay them back in kind
