I think you're being downvoted and argued with because you're implying that under obama/biden, ICE wasn't already a racist operation that would often systematically frame immigrants. Your original point is that it's much worse now, which I would agree with, but you're arguing it by saying that it was totally justified before, which I would not agree with.
You being banned is maybe over the top but then again you kinda sound like a liberal, ironically in the lib jerk community.
My apologies for not falling in line and agreeing Democrats are responsible for planning, building, and operating the Trump concentration camps. Clearly my belief in human rights has blinded me from the one true good in this world: Xi Jinping. All hail glorious leader! /s
