Intelligence and spy work is always undertaken by the poshest of poshboys. I mean, nothing against the actor and it's certainly not his fault for being badass. Just something to observe in our society.

That's how it used to be but not anymore. They realised it was a bad idea when they found out that russia had worked out who the obvious candidates from Camebridge were and recruited them first.
