Here's Gravitics' announcement, which is grounded compared to whatever this post's slop is about. It looks a lot more like a payload fairing with solar panels that can hold payloads inside for longer and deploy them at specific times. I guess it also helps protect from heat cycling and other stuff over a version that doesn't envelop the individual sats, like the core of a traditional rideshare mission would

Not so much a carrier as a dispenser (kinda like starships people dispenser design), I was hoping for something like an orbital gantry that allows multiple launches to dock to it
