Need to wait and see what is going on right now. If the people of Venezuela wanted a new revolution right now, you'd see many demonstrations in the street. But since they are coming from years of deprivation due to sanctions, I don't think the population is looking down to the current deal. So for you to know, even if the Petroleum royalties they charged the US were pretty low, some neighboring countries like Brazil charge even lower than Venezuela.
