Won't they just put each game in its own LLC?
Ultimately, they probably will. This is basically what Hollywood does. If a movie is successful, they reap the rewards. If not, tax writeoff. It's not just limited to that Southern California smoggy cesspool, either. Japan does it with anime. I'd say it's a pretty common practice around the world.
