I don't know why but the last five days have been weird and bad.
I don't feel like doing anything.
I don't enjoy anything, I think.
I don't want to really do anything.
I have no motivation, I think.
Have you tried electrolyte drinks (not at the store, those are probably still all fake, I mean just making your own with magnesium glycinate and potassium citrate/chloride) & replacing cardio with strength training? It's the only thing that ever got rid of it for me, ever.
Also try eating something that's just pure protein, like tuna + tomatoes + red onion + cilantro + lime as a sandwich/burrito filling. Throw in an avocado and that's a good chunk of your daily fiber too.
Sorry if this is annoying but it gave me a very palpable feeling of joy & optimism when I started (also aggression but that's just how I am)
