My great parents decided to photograph this chicken. Sometimes I wonder why, was it because they were excited about the Camera? It must have felt exciting. Still they were farmers and this is a mundane thing they'd see every day, so why photograph it? I guess it could have been just because.

There's lot of photo of people in the album, as you'd expect, but this is the only animal photo. It makes it stand out.

Also here's a bear doing that pog emote:

I've spent a lot of time in my own thoughts thinking about stuff, just life in general. Making friends feels quite challenging in this world because of this cursed thing we call money. You never know if I'm actually a person sharing a story or it's a long grift. That's what makes me paranoid.

It's also my main incentive or has been for why I like the idea of socialism. It's really a shame it isn't possible to implement right now, so I'll just have to share the story.

Chickens are smart, and actually like humans who take time with them, similar to other birds, puppies, kittens, pigs, cattle, and children. Ducks. They will follow you around, sit in your lap, nuzzle you. Maybe they had a special bond with the chicken. Maybe it's a reminder they would eat because of the chicken. While we don't really know, you can imagine stories based on your memory of your grandparents' disposition toward their chickens!

That is true, some people choose to have chickens as pets rather than livestock and they're quite similar to cats in my experience.

I have a peculiar friend who likes to take great care of his animals, when he kept rats he made sure to prioritize their health over personal treats and many people considered him odd for it because "they're just going to croak in a couple years anyways why are you wasting your time with them?" They'd say. It's quite admirable really, but he's also got the collective spirit equal to likes of Max Stirner

What a beautiful bird. Is it a maran?
