It's a distinctive storefront, and was a popular dim sum restaurant for decades, and was one of the few large venues in Chinatown.
The Pandemic forced the owners to convert it to a grocery market.
I had a couple of lunches there, and shopped there in recent years.
That being said, it's probably structurally decrepit by now.
Hopefully, whatever takes its place won't just be a soulless glass box like all the other new highrise towers around town.
