I don't follow your internal politics too closely but it's visible from afar that there isn't much anti-war sentiment going on. Same shit for decades. Internal political muscle flexing while bombs are flying and various proxies get arms.

Something similar could have easily be done under different leadership and EU would cover for it. FDL, Merz, Meloni, Starmer were visibly approving the strikes, they just disliked not being told about it.
