SCMP is blocked in China and not gonna bother looking it up on my phone, but common China W. Chinese people I've talked to commented how expensive random procedures are without insurance. As an American I am incapable of understanding what expensive is in healthcare costs, but they felt it was too much.

This also might have implications for homeless people qualifying for housing outside their home town.
