It's Lore. You can tell by the contractions.
Definitely a secret subplot running throughout the entire series where Lore has replaced Data on Enterprise. You can tell because of the contractions.
Is there any less believable thing that came out of the writers room than "supercomputer level intelligence beyond anything else 24th century humans have ever created can't process an apostrophe"?
I mean it's entirely possible he CAN and just doesn't WANT to. Gotta have the things that make you unique, after all!
