The word they're probably going for is pullet, a hen that hasn't yet started laying eggs.

Ah neat, my guess was going to be "virgin roasted chicken" which could possibly refer to the oil or herbs used to baste or braise the chicken.

Personally I think they're referring to a Capon. A rooster who had its testicles removed before "puberty". This is done to make dual purpose birds (egg and meat) more palatable for meat purposes.
